Consent first
Review only the devices, folders, drives, accounts, or categories the customer has approved.
This page describes the intended data-handling posture for Strollin Interactive service workflows: calm, limited, consent-based, and focused on the customer’s stated goal.
These principles should guide Photo Handoff, File Handoff, and any future hands-on customer data service.
Review only the devices, folders, drives, accounts, or categories the customer has approved.
Handle the least amount of personal data needed to complete the requested transfer, organization, or review.
Avoid retaining customer files unless explicitly needed and agreed to for the service.
Encourage the customer to review transfer results, folder structure, and important files before considering the job complete.
Customers should not send passwords, Apple ID credentials, verification codes, private documents, or sensitive files through normal email. If account access becomes part of a service workflow, it should be handled directly and carefully with consent.
