Important limits

What service can and cannot guarantee.

Access is not always possible

Some devices, drives, accounts, photos, videos, or files may be unavailable because of device damage, account lockout, iCloud status, storage corruption, permissions, unsupported formats, missing passwords, or third-party platform limits.

Cloud and on-device files can differ

A phone may show a library count that includes cloud-based items. Transfer results depend on what is locally accessible, downloadable, authorized, and readable at the time of service.

Backups are the customer’s responsibility

Strollin Interactive can help organize, copy, and review files, but customers should maintain their own independent backups and verify important results.

Written consent matters

Hands-on service should be supported by a signed consent/front-page checklist and the more detailed paperwork kept behind it.
